L&Q delays leave Shepherd’s Bush mother in unsafe flat until 8 August 2026

A Shepherd’s Bush mother will move back into her L&Q-managed flat on 8 August 2026 after eight months of repairs, but found exposed wiring, debris and incomplete flooring during a pre-return inspection. L&Q apologised and promised completion before her family’s return.
