Charlton Riverside regeneration to deliver 8,000 homes and 1,000 jobs

Greenwich Council, the Greater London Authority and Transport for London have announced plans to regenerate Charlton Riverside, aiming to create 8,000 new homes and 1,000 jobs over two decades. The project, part of the council’s Draft Local Plan consultation, has no confirmed funding yet.
