Havering grass fire burns six hectares near Hornchurch

Approximately six hectares of grass caught fire near South End Road in Hornchurch on Tuesday. The London Fire Brigade deployed 60 firefighters and a specialised Terrain Support Vehicle to manage the blaze, which was declared under control by mid-afternoon.
