Wandsworth Council rejects pretzel advertising replacement

On 17 September 2026 Wandsworth Council's Planning Committee turned down a proposal to replace the 1995‑era 'pretzel' advertising structure on Wandsworth Roundabout. Six councillors voted against the 25‑metre timber design, following 153 objections and safety concerns from TfL.
