Charing Cross office block to gain 35,000 sq m retrofit

Plans to refurbish the 1991 office block above Charing Cross Station have been submitted to Westminster Council. The scheme would retain 90% of the structure while adding rooftop pavilions and improving Villiers Street for pedestrians and retailers.
