Gallows Corner flyover to close overnight ahead of September full shutdown

Havering Council confirmed that Gallows Corner junction and its flyover will close overnight on 17 September and then shut completely from the evening of 18 September until the morning of 21 September. The work, led by Costain after ESW finished its tasks, should finish by the end of September 2026, ahead of the council leader’s October deadline.
