Camden Council actions may have contributed to woman's death, inquest finds

An inquest into the death of Colleen Madden, 31, found that Camden Council's actions, including placing her alone in a hotel after her release from prison, may have contributed to her death. The coroner described her assessment as 'inadequate and confused'.
