Jason Arday found dead in Battersea home aged 41

Jason Arday, the former University of Cambridge professor who resigned amid plagiarism allegations, was found dead at his home on Daley Thompson Way, Battersea, on 14 August 2026. Police confirmed his death is not being treated as suspicious. Cambridge has launched an independent investigation into his appointment.
