US military completes heavy wave of strikes on Iran after missile attacks

The United States says it has finished a heavy wave of strikes on Iran in retaliation for attempted ballistic missile attacks on US forces. Centcom reports dozens of IRGC targets were hit, Jordan says its air defence downed five Iranian missiles, and Iranian state media reports three deaths on Qeshm island, including a two‑year‑old child.
