Todd Boehly exits Chelsea FC as Clearlake Capital takes full control

Chelsea FC chairman Todd Boehly has stepped down after agreeing to sell his stake in the Premier League club. US equity firm Clearlake Capital is now in full control, having been a co-owner since 2022.
