Sonora Taquería, a popular Mexican restaurant in Hackney’s Stoke Newington, will close on 31 October 2026. Owners Michelle Salazar de la Rocha and Sam Napier cited personal hardships and a desire to move on. The venue opened in 2023 after a successful street‑food stint.
