Disabled Sutton tenant trapped in fly-infested flat for years

A 45-year-old disabled woman in St Helier says she has been left in a vermin-infested first-floor flat for years, despite repeated requests to Sutton Housing Partnership for a move or adaptations. The council and housing provider say they are working with her but demand for homes is at a record high.
