Bromley homes face five top-10 risks as buyers spend £6.5bn despite warnings

Bromley’s BR postcode appears in the top 10 for five property risks, including escape of water and ground movement, according to insurer Homeprotect. Over 11,000 homes sold for £6.5bn between 2023 and 2026, despite the warnings.
