Waltham Cross fire halts trains to Liverpool Street and Stansted until 19:00

A fire near Waltham Cross railway tracks has blocked all trains between Broxbourne and London Liverpool Street or Stratford. Stansted Express passengers face journeys of up to two and a half hours. Ticket acceptance applies on TfL and bus services until 18:00.
