Thames Water restores supply to half of 10,000 homes after five-day outage

Thames Water has repaired one of two burst mains in South Woodford, restoring water to some of the 10,000 affected homes. The second burst on Chigwell Road remains unresolved, leaving residents in parts of Redbridge, Waltham Forest and Epping Forest without reliable supply since Saturday.
