Nine new houses proposed for Stirling Close in Streatham

Residents in Streatham can now comment on plans to replace a single building at 47 Stirling Close with nine houses. Merton Council has received the application, which includes parking, cycle storage and landscaping. The deadline for responses is 29 August 2026.
