James Gillingham jailed for £1m Ponzi scheme

James Gillingham has been sentenced to five years and six months in prison for masterminding a £1 million Ponzi scheme. The fraud, which ran between June 2015 and October 2016, targeted over 60 victims. The Crown Prosecution Service will now seek to recover Gillingham's criminal assets.
