Lime bikes withdrawn from Penge after resident complaints

Lime has withdrawn its e-bikes from Penge, Bromley, following complaints from blind residents who were forced into the road by improperly parked vehicles. Bromley Council had previously told Lime to stop operating in the borough as it lacked a contract.
