Wandsworth Council ordered to pay £500 for homelessness application mishandling

Wandsworth Council must pay a mother £500 for mishandling her homelessness application, the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman has ruled. The council withdrew two temporary accommodation offers before eventually housing the resident.
