Catalyst Care directors fined £92,400 for running unregistered children’s homes in Kent

Catalyst Care Ltd and its directors were fined £92,400 for operating three unregistered children’s homes in Kent between October 2022 and April 2025. The company received over £1.8m from local authorities while providing accommodation for nine children without Ofsted registration.
