Angela Rayner approves £500m Truman Brewery redevelopment with datacentre

Housing secretary Angela Rayner has approved a £500m redevelopment of the Truman Brewery estate in Brick Lane, including a datacentre, offices and 44 homes. Tower Hamlets Council and local campaigners had opposed the scheme, arguing it should prioritise housing instead.
