Hillingdon Council reconsiders rent hikes after shop owner protest

Hillingdon Council is reconsidering plans to increase shop rents by over 100 percent following a protest by local business owners. While the council will consider not backdating rent increases, shop owners walked out of a meeting expressing dissatisfaction.
