Student donates kidney to former teacher in Wandsworth

A student from Tooting donated a kidney to his former teacher, Sonia, in May 2017. Sonia, who had polycystic kidney disease, received the organ at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital. The transplant was successful, and the pair now share a close bond.
