Enfield approves 306 affordable homes next to North Middlesex Hospital

Enfield Council has granted planning permission for 306 affordable homes on brownfield land adjacent to North Middlesex University Hospital. The development, led by Vistry, will provide 152 social rent units, 154 intermediate homes and key worker accommodation, alongside a nursery and café.
