Two Iranians charged with terrorism offences

Two Iranian nationals, Salam Ahmandyan and Rahman Salehi, have been charged with terrorism offences following a Counter Terrorism Policing investigation. The charges include acquiring instructions for making explosive devices and researching potential targets, with the plot believed to have targeted the Jewish community in Manchester.
