New 'Your First Home' scheme launches for London buyers

A new government scheme, 'Your First Home', will offer first-time buyers in London a 2.5% deposit and a 20% equity loan on new-build properties. The scheme aims to address the capital's stalled housing market and assist those struggling with rent and saving for a deposit.
