Westminster tenant ordered to repay £494,415 for housing fraud

A Westminster City Council tenant has been ordered to repay more than £494,000 after fraudulently obtaining a flat and illegally subletting it. Saeed Yasin Hosseini also received a £100,000 discount when buying the property under the Right to Buy scheme.
