Croydon Council to review Grange Road safety after 1,160-signature petition

Croydon Council has agreed to conduct a scoping review of safety measures on Grange Road, Upper Norwood, after a petition signed by 1,160 residents called for action. The review follows pressure from MP Steve Reed, who criticised the council’s initial refusal to investigate.
