Catford residents to gain 113 affordable homes and new campus under revised regeneration plan

Lewisham Council has released a refreshed Catford Town Centre Business Plan 2026‑2030, promising 113 affordable homes at Thomas’ Lane Yard, improved links between Catford and Catford Bridge stations, and a Goldsmiths campus for 500‑600 students, pending approval on 9 September 2026.
