Gill Aggregates fined £24,000 after worker crushed to death

Gill Aggregates Limited has been fined £24,000 after a worker died in a tragic incident involving a bag flattening machine. Manjit Kumar, 34, was crushed to death in June 2020 after being drawn into the machinery at the company's Dagenham site.
