Migrant influx in Ceuta overwhelms local resources

Hundreds of migrants have entered the Spanish enclave of Ceuta from Morocco over the last week. Local leader Juan Jesús Vivas warned that the surge is creating a humanitarian and security emergency, as reception centres for unaccompanied minors exceed their intended capacity.
