Ealing school leader urges employers to hire SEND students

Thomas Keaney, CEO of Ealing-based TCES, is challenging London employers and apprenticeship providers to create more opportunities for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). He argues that while schools are preparing students, many employers lack the confidence and suitable programmes for neuro-diverse learners.
