High Court dismisses challenge to Chinese embassy at Royal Mint Court

The Royal Mint Court Residents’ Association lost a High Court bid to block the Chinese embassy’s move to East Smithfield. Judges ruled Tower Hamlets Council and the Government had properly considered terrorism, protest and safety concerns raised by 100 nearby properties.
