No action for passengers who intervened in East Ham Tube incident

Three passengers who intervened when a man exposed himself on a District line train in East Ham in August 2025 will face no further action. British Transport Police interviewed them under caution for suspected affray, but prosecutors decided there was no realistic prospect of conviction.
