Hounslow Council fined £1,000 for failing disabled residents

Hounslow Council has been ordered to pay £1,000 to two disabled individuals after failing in its housing duty. The council closed their homelessness application without informing them and did not provide interim accommodation, leaving them sofa surfing for over a year.
