Greenwich Council proposes two-way cycle track across Blackheath

Greenwich Council has launched a public consultation on a two-way cycle track across Blackheath, part of a revised route to Eltham. The scheme drops earlier proposals to close roads to motor traffic but includes shared paths and turning restrictions to reduce rat-running.
