Notting Hill Carnival 2026 to install 1,000 compostable toilets

Kensington and Chelsea Council will provide 1,000 compostable, chemical-free toilets for the 2026 Notting Hill Carnival. The event, running 30-31 August, will see 130 council officers deployed and a 200-strong clean-up team handling 300 tonnes of waste.
