RSPCA rescues Nelson, dog strangled by owner in Islington garden

A dog found with two skull fractures and severe injuries after its owner attempted to strangle it in an Islington garden has been rehomed following a year of rehabilitation. The RSPCA prosecuted the owner, while Nelson now lives with Donna Batchelor in Chelmsford.
