Noel Clarke to appear in Westminster Magistrates’ Court on sexual offence charges

Noel Clarke, 50, has been charged with two sexual assaults, three voyeurism offences and one exposure. The charges stem from alleged incidents involving five women from 2007 to 2016. He will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 21 October.
